| Candie is a year and a half old Border Collie/Sheltie mix. My name fits me just right, because I am so sweet!! I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE people and playing with my toys!! Fetch is absolutely the greatest game ever and I could play all day and night! I have boundless energy and my current family has taught me to play soccer, Frisbee, and hide-and-seek! I like treats and will gladly ‘sit’, ‘lay’, ‘shake’, ‘turn’, ‘wait’, and ‘circle’ for a delicious morsel! Not during my family’s meals though…I lie down and take a nap while they eat, so that I can play again when the dishes are done! I love my kennel (included with adoption) when no one is home to cuddle or play with me! I get really excited when I am on a walk (so many fun sights and sounds), but I have been practicing my patience and trying to stay calm! Have I mentioned that I LOVE people?! I could let them pet me all day! I get very focused and when the mood strikes I could chew on a bone for hours! There are not enough hours in the day!! When bedtime finally does come, I like nothing more than cuddling with my brother, Groban, and sleeping the night away. The best part of going to bed is knowing that I get to wake up early and do it all again tomorrow! I need a family with the time and energy to keep me involved! Anyone up for a game (or twenty) of fetch??”.
