Buddy is a neutered male kitten who was approximately 6 months old on Sept. 20. He is a black short-haired kitten with a small white spot on his neck and a larger white spot on his belly between his back legs. Buddy and his 3 siblings were orphaned at 3 weeks of age when their mom was hit by a car on Easter Sunday. They were hand reared and bottle fed from until they were seven weeks old.
Buddy is a people-oriented and active young cat who is long and lean in body structure and has a very long tail. He has been introduced to dogs and does not appear bothered by them. Buddy enjoys his cat-nip toys, bell toys and chasing the laser light pointer. Buddy will approach his foster mom for some loving, but doesn't stay too long until he jumps down to play with one of his siblings. When he wants some comfort, he will come and suckle on his foster mom's shirt near her collar bone as a carryover from being bottle-fed by humans. He also likes to play with people's feet.
He is in the same foster home with Bart, and they are also good buddies. Buddy loves to rough house with his brothers, but when he is ready for some down time, he snuggles with his sister Rocket."
